Jamie Atkinson

I'm 29 and the mother of 3 handsome boys, 9, 5, and 1yr....I've been in the High Desert for 17 yrs and love it. I'm an Occupational Therapy Asst and also a new model. I've always been active with exercise and nutrition and owe a lot of that to Tyson Johnson whom I met at Cardio Fit gym when I was only 17....he was my mentor and started me off on the right track with kickboxing and other exercise tips. Thank you to those who have helped me through my journey!
